of managing large and small developments (some in which we
personally own apartments) ensures that we consistently maintain

- Collection of ground rents and service charges
- Preparation of service charge budgets and financial forecasts
- Arrangement of all Flat Management functions and negotiation of associated contracts
- Supervision of building works
- Supervision of contracts covering gardening, cleaning and day to day management
- Organising building insurance, including valuations and claims handling
- Site visits
- Liaison with residents on all matters
- Dealing with assignments and notices
- Facilitation and attendance of annual/six monthly meetings
- Preparation of year end accounts and returns
- Regular reports to Freeholders
