We successfully manage new and existing developments with a client base that is located in The North, Midlands, South and Scotland. Our growing local teams give a friendly and efficient service to all our clients, and our experience of managing large and small developments (some in which we personally own apartments) ensures that we consistently maintain and deliver the services that are essential in making your home or investment a safe, clean and desirable location.

Our Services

  • Collection of ground rents and service charges
  • Preparation of service charge budgets and financial forecasts
  • Arrangement of all Flat Management functions and negotiation of associated contracts
  • Supervision of building works
  • Supervision of contracts covering gardening, cleaning and day to day management
  • Organising building insurance, including valuations and claims handling
  • Site visits
  • Liaison with residents on all matters
  • Dealing with assignments and notices
  • Facilitation and attendance of annual/six monthly meetings
  • Preparation of year end accounts and returns
  • Regular reports to Freeholders
